We got the following information from the EuARe organisers (our emphasis):

Considering the current development of the coronavirus outbreak in Italy and all over the world, EuARe is at work to follow the evolving situation and take the necessary steps to adjust its activities to it.

While the organization of the conference is still going ahead, we decided to postpone the deadline for advanced registration until Thursday, April 30 (23:59 GMT+1) and we also wish to confirm the validity of our reimbursement policy on registration fees and gala dinner fees.

We will be in touch with further updates in the weeks to come. In the meanwhile, we wish all our community in Italy and worldwide to stay healthy.
