Looking Ahead: EABS (London 2027)

Following Rome and Leuven, the Scripture&Theology Forum plans to convene in London in 2027. The following subsections for the programme are on the table:

  1. Open Panel: This sub-section invites papers that are concerned both with biblical studies and theological reflection.
  2. Special Focus on Canon
  3. Author meets Critic (we are currently discussing a number of options)
  4. Scripture and Theology Viewed from the Historical Tradition
  5. Contributions to normative accounts for “Scripture and Theology”
  6. Scripture and Theology for the Public Square
  7. Network and Strategy Session: a roundtable at which participants discuss their own work and possible collaboration with other members of the Forum

If you have other suggestions, or if you would like to support the sections proposed above, please let us know. If you would like to organize the programme or one of its sections, please contact Michael Borowski (michael.borowski@scriptureandtheology.org).
